I know when we are all getting ready for the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, many were claiming that there were going to be a lot of things that were going to happen, and that it would be a sign of God’s judgement upon this nation, and all kinds of warnings were coming from all the so-called prophets of God. Then, the day came, and nothing. There were no great disasters, no great signs in the skies, not were there any great earthquakes, and all the world laughed at the “christians” once again, calling us all fools. Yet, in all of it, I was never under any impression that there were going to be strange things that were going to happen on that day, though I have been speaking very much over the years that America is about to be judged for our refusing the One whom the Father sent, and the so-called followers of Christ turning away from the truth of leaving this worldly life and entering into the Kingdom life that Jesus brought to all who would receive and believe.
So, though that day brought no great sign or wonder, was it truly a sign of the coming judgement? Was God giving us a sign that if we were listen to that which was about to be His voice sending out a Word of warning, those of us who call ourselves by His name, will we turn from our idolatrous living and turn back to our first love? Will we rent ourselves of sinful lifestyles that are unfitting for those that are called the Holy Nation of God? Will we put on our sacred holy robes of the priesthood of our Lord, and throw off all rags of unrighteousness? Or. will we instead, just as Israel did when God tried to warn them through the prophets that they were about to be carried away as slaves to another King, remain in our idolatrous ways? When the prophets of old were sent by God, these prophets were hated by those that loved their sinful ways more than they loved God, and they taunted them, spit upon them, and even killed them. The people refused to hear, and, just as the prophets had spoken from the heart of God, they were killed and carried away. Will this be the outcome of this nation of unbelieving christians? Will be become the slaves of our enemies?
Let us look at the days in which we are in now since the day of the eclipse. Have you noticed any very strange things happening within this country? Have you been keeping up with all the weather phenomena that we have been experiencing everyday since the event happened. Every day and night, we are seeing great destructive tornados that are ripping whole towns apart. Not just one or two, but many everyday and night. We see great flooding as well, as heavy rains continue to fall day and night in eastern Texas. As we look at the map mod the US, we see that most of these great tragedies are in line with the path of the eclipse. Realizing this, I had to ask myself if this was coincidental, or is there such a thing as coincidental? Was the eclipse truly a sign of God’s judgement about to come upon us, and we had a time of about a week to repent, but we ignored it and continued in living by our sinful lusts instead of by the Spirit of God. Yes, I know there are always those few who are the remnant of the chosen of God, but as the church within this nation, and this nation outside of the church, there was no turning away. We have flipped the finger at God, and have continued on in our idolatrous ways. So, now houses and whole communities are being wiped away, not by bombs, but by the force of God. I know, there are those that will cry out that it is geo-engineering, and they may very well be right, but it is God in His allowance for all things that are done by man to be done, so it is still an act of God. Man, who turns away from God, will fall into the hands of the enemy, and that enemy is Satan and the forces of darkness. But, if those whom God is calling to turn refuse to turn and refuse to hear the call of judgement that is here, then there will come a greater fear upon them, which is the enemies of our people coming upon us to destroy us and wipe us off the face of the earth.
As I was praying today, and meditating upon all these things, I heard the voice of Him who was, and is, and is to come, speak into my ear. I trembled as I heard it, for I knew it was Him relaying to me that which was to come. This is what I heard Him speak. “I have sent them these weather patterns, hoping that they would stop, look, and listen to the wayward ways in which they are living, and turn unto me. Yet, I know they will not, for their hearts are hard, just as was Pharaoh’s. And in their refusing, I will do as I said I would do to Israel if they turned away from that which they swore to me they would obey and do, and allow their enemies to come in and totally destroy them and carry them away as their slaves. In a very short time, their enemies will overtake them, killing many, and carry many away to places they never wanted to be. They will be a nation no more.” These were the Words I heard from the Holy Spirit, and I know that what the Lord has declared, He will do, and nothing other than His own perfect will. It is no time to pray against these things, but to pray that those that have been born again, become the faithful that will triumph over all things. These weather storms are only a small hint of what is yet to come, and we who are His, should be praying for more faith everyday. We should be putting off all things that are of the world within, upon, and all around us, and seeking His righteousness and holiness. Yes, Jesus paid it all, but when we come into faith as to what He accomplished for us, we then, are to rise up and be that light upon the hill that shines forth in the darkness, and proclaims the Kingdom of God. The days are here. Where are you?
